Where do I buy my ticket & what do I need to know?

Tickets for admission are sold online and at the door. Discounted tickets for military, veterans and first responders must be bought in-store for verification purposes, and cannot be bought online. In store, we only accept payment by major credit/debit cards or Apple Pay; NO CASH OR CHECKS. Tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets are good for the amount of time you purchase. You can purchase additional 30-minute increments in-store for $12.50 per person (ages 10 & up). Time will be strictly enforced.

Please be sure to show up with enough time before closing to use your full purchased time. We close on time, and any time you did not use up before closing will be forfeited by you and cannot be refunded. In-store, our final tickets are sold no later than an hour before closing.

If you bring a photographer, they will also need to purchase a ticket for admission. Please note that we limit the number of people in the space at a time, so there may be a wait during peak hours.

Where are you located?

We are located at 1120 E. Commerce, San Antonio, TX 78205. We are easy to get to, right off the highway exit in Historic St. Paul Square, next to Sunset Station. We are within walking distance of the Alamodome, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, Rivercenter Mall, and major downtown hotels, like the Grand Hyatt and Marriott Rivercenter. Where can I park?

Parking is EXTREMELY limited at our building. Your best option for parking would be in the parking garage at The Baldwin apartments nearby. St. Paul Square has been allotted ample public parking in this garage at a very low rate, and is within walking distance of Palm 91. (TIP: You may want to bring comfortable shoes for the walk). Another option is to utilize Uber, Lyft or other public transportation.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. Because we are a space that welcomes all ages, we ask that you please keep our family friendly environment in mind. No swimsuits, lingerie, or otherwise revealing clothing. Please know that we reserve the right to ask you to change or leave due to inappropriate attire.

TIP: If you’d like to change outfits during your time at Palm 91, we have two bathrooms available.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes! Pet tickets are available for $10. Your pet must be potty-trained, comfortable around others, and on a leash at all times. Please be aware you are responsible for costs resulting from pet-related damage or cleanup. We reserve the right to ask you and your pet to leave the space if we deem it necessary.

Can I host my event at Palm 91?

Yes! If you are interested in renting out the space for a private event, please send an email to Let us know all the details, including what the event will be, preferred date and time, and how many people are attending. We will get in touch with you to discuss pricing and availability. Our space is best suited for 75 people or less.

Do you have discounts?

We offer 20% discounts for active duty military, veterans and first responders (must show ID). Because we also live in a city that hosts weekly Air Force graduations (our owner is an Air Force veteran!), we offer free admission to recent Air Force graduates in uniform. There are currently no other promotional discounts available; if any become available, they are always announced on our social media / email newsletter. Military, veteran and first responder discounts must be bought in-store for verification purposes and cannot be bought online.
